Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love was a revelation in 2023. He started hot, stumbled towards the middle of the season, and finished the season with a stretch run that included 18 passing touchdowns and one interception in eight games.
Overall, he threw for 4,159 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions while rushing for 247 yards and four scores over 17 games. Those sound like Aaron Rodgers numbers. Love is a capable runner, but he will not blow you away with his legs.
However, if Love can keep his rushing baseline of 247 yards and four touchdowns and continue to improve as a passer, he will be a very good fantasy starter. Let's remember that Love finished the season with the second most passing touchdowns in the NFL with 32.
Love has all the weapons at his disposal to continue ascending. If Love plays like he did down the stretch last season for an entire season, this will be a quarterback you want on your fantasy roster. Love's current ADP of 54.83 pits him as the QB8 in fantasy drafts.
RotoBaller is slightly lower on Love at QB11. Either way, Love will not be cheap to acquire, but he could realistically finish ahead of pocket passers such as Joe Burrow, Dak Prescott, and C.J. Stroud, who are currently being selected ahead of Love.

Will Levis, Tennessee Titans- Fantasy Football Outlook
The Tennessee Titans have done their best to give quarterback Will Levis (foot) a chance to succeed with the influx of a new coaching staff led by head coach Brian Callahan, an improved offensive line, and the additions of wide receivers Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd and running back Tony Pollard.
Veteran De'Andre Hopkins and third-year wide receiver Treylon Burks will also return in 2024. Levis had a rocky rookie season. His decision-making and ability to see pressure were certainly points of concern.
However, one could argue that is the case for most rookie quarterbacks. It was not all bad. Levis did his best to protect the ball, only throwing for 1,808 yards with eight touchdowns and four interceptions over nine games.
The 24-year-old was slowed by a foot injury late last season. Most importantly, Levis played with undeniable confidence. In only nine games, Levis finished 17th in deep ball attempts and number one in air yards per attempt.
He was not afraid to cut it loose. While throwing it deep was not always the best decision, no one can coach confidence. With coaching refinement and an improved body of weapons around him, Levis should take a step forward.
Levis is also a very good athlete with a rushing upside comparable to Justin Herbert. No one is clamoring for a superstar here, as Levis is currently being drafted in Yahoo Fantasy leagues as QB25 and is ranked by RotoBaller as QB20.
However, if Levis can take a step forward as a passer and use his legs as a rusher, he could be a streaming option and solid second quarterback for superflex formats in 2024.

Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears - Fantasy Football Outlook
Caleb Williams was selected first overall by the Chicago Bears in the 2024 NFL Draft to lead the offense for years to come following the trade of Justin Fields to Pittsburgh.
The Bears' new franchise QB steps into an upgraded offense, with Keenan Allen and D'Andre Swift joining DJ Moore and Cole Kmet. Chicago also spent the ninth overall pick on Rome Odunze. Williams blossomed after following Lincoln Riley to USC as a sophomore, throwing for over 4,500 yards with 42 touchdowns.
Lesser numbers as a junior were still bumped by highlight-reel plays that flashed his upside. The arm talent and ability to create from broken plays are real, with plus mobility able to extend the play. His legs led to 27 total rushing TDs in three years of college ball.
While the long-term upside is clear, rookies will have volatility baked into their fantasy projection. Therefore, it's difficult to place him into the top-12 QB list for redraft leagues given 2024's player pool.
He'll open as a bench stash/streamer in most 12-teamers that start one QB, while those in Dynasty/2QB/Superflex leagues will be more aggressive.
