UFL DFS Lineup Picks: DraftKings Daily Fantasy Fantasy Advice for Week 5

UFL DFS PICKS, FANTASY FOOTBALL, DRAFTKINGS, FANDUEL

The top daily fantasy UFL lineup picks for DraftKings for Week 5 (2025). Kyle Ringstad provides UFL DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Welcome to Week 5 of the UFL season, RotoBallers! We have the winless Memphis Showboats taking on the 3-1 Birmingham Stallions to lead off the action on Friday. The Stallions are favored by 11.5 points at home, so we can find some edge in playing the blowout angle of that one. The Panthers-Battlehawks showdown is expected to be an entertaining battle on Saturday night, while the Defenders-Renegades and Roughnecks-Brahmas matchups will round out the slate on Sunday afternoon.

Below are my thoughts on DraftKings' Week 5 DFS slate of UFL contests, which goes live on 4/25 at 8 ET. I encourage you to read all our other weekly UFL fantasy football articles and stay on top of injury news and roster moves to remain well-informed and ahead of the competition. Let's get to it. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 5 UFL DFS Picks

Matt Corral - Birmingham Stallions vs. Memphis Showboats - $9,700

Corral was the pick in this spot in Week 4, and he made me look smart by finishing with the second-highest DK points at the position behind Jordan Ta'amu's monster performance. Corral is the pick again in Week 5 as he's in excellent form and has an even better matchup than he did last week. Memphis has allowed five passing touchdowns in four games, a high 66% completion rate, and the highest QB efficiency rating in the league at 65.7. They gave up 369 yards to Michigan in Week 4, with Bryce Perkins passing for 200 yards and two scores with a sky-high 127.1 QBR.

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 5 UFL DFS Picks

Ricky Person Jr. - Birmingham Stallions vs. Memphis Showboats - $6,300

This pick involves some speculation. The Stallions are massive 11.5-point favorites at home against the winless Showboats, so there's a good chance that this game gets out of hand early. Starting running back C.J. Marable has struggled this season, posting a weak 2.7 yards per carry average while rushing for 23.7 yards per game and securing just three passes all season. Person Jr., meanwhile, has shown a little spark with a 3.4 yards per carry average and a touchdown. I believe he and Larry Rountree III will see more work than anticipated in this favorable matchup, and I'm willing to roll the dice on both of them at their cheaper pricing.

ZaQuandre White - Houston Roughnecks @ San Antonio Brahmas - $6,700

We aim to target the San Antonio rush defense as heavily as possible until further notice. They've allowed a whopping 11 rushing touchdowns and 578 rushing yards at a 4.6 yards per carry through four games this season. Those are all the highest marks in the league - no other team has given up more than five scores on the ground. Zaquandre White isn't the most exciting name on the board, but he's the top option for Houston in Week 5. He has improved his production every week, scoring 5.1, 10.8, and 13.2 DK points in consecutive weeks coming into this week's action.

DraftKings Wide Receivers and Tight Ends - Week 5 UFL DFS Picks

Frank Darby - St. Louis Battlehawks vs. Michigan Panthers - $4,800

Michigan is a middle-of-the-pack defense by most measures, but they've also taken on a winless Memphis team and a 1-3 San Antonio squad in consecutive weeks, which plays a role in their season-long numbers. Darby has taken on the WR2 role with Hakeem Butler's absences and has been productive, catching 5-of-7 targets for 93 yards and a touchdown while averaging a solid 6.5 DK PPG. It doesn't look like Butler is going to suit up in Week 5, which means Darby is too cheap for his projected role and potential upside.

Deon Cain - Birmingham Stallions vs. Memphis Showboats - $8,100

We have the option to go full game-stack here with Corral, Person Jr., and Cain. Cain is expensive as the WR1 for a solid passing attack, but he has proven worthy of the price tag, having crushed value in two of his three games played this season. He has secured 7-of-8 targets for 153 yards and two scores over his last two games, resulting in 14.9 and 18.4 DK points. Memphis has a very exploitable pass defense, so we will likely see another spike week for one of the top receivers in the game.
