BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 24% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Before you read this post and without the tiniest bit of hesitation: go smash that Add button next to Tyus Jones' name before it's too late. No matter the league your team is part of, you'd do good landing the best backup point guard in the NBA, even more, now that he's the PG1 of the Grizzlies with Ja Morant out for who knows how much time...
You know all of the details about Ja's ongoing drama, and if you don't, you can always go check out TMZ to get informed. Anyway, Morant was expected to be out of the lineup two games, then four more, and now who knows. That means that Jones has started three consecutive games through Friday finishing those outings with 25, 16, and 22 points, 12, 3, and 11 assists, and 8 combined steals between the first and the third games of that span.
In summary, this past week Jones has been a legitimately top-10 fantasy player without much trouble logging 35+ MPG and generating 45 FPPG with an average line reading 21-3-8-2 against the Clippers, the Lakers, and the Warriors. Just saying.
You might think it'd be a bit too much to think Jones will be able to keep up those gaudy averages for the remainder of the season. Well, Jones has started 12 total matchups this season, and the average line he generated in those sits at 19-3-8-2 which is only two PPG below what he's doing in this late stretch. Even removing those last three games from the sample, the other nine starts saw him average the same outcome.
Seven players in the NBA are at those numbers through the full season: Ja, Harden, LaMelo, Luka, Jokic, Trae, and Haliburton. Add Tyus to that list (and your fantasy squad) ROS.

BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 8% of leagues ANALYSIS: The surge of Deni Avdija in all fantasy leaderboards has a very easy-to-grasp reason and that's Kyle Kuzma missing time with an injury.
