BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB4
ANALYSIS: This is the time of year when late-round rookie running backs are massively hyped by people who want them to be good because their fantasy team is desperate for starters due to injuries or bad draft luck. It's probably not a good idea to take the bait here, especially not considering the offensive situation.
New York Giants rookie running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. is likely to be the lead back when his team takes on the Seattle Seahawks on the road in Week 5. It's not a great idea to start him. The Giants are missing their top offensive weapon, Malik Nabers, and the offense might look a lot more like it did in 2023.
Tyrone Tracy enthusiasts, the moment has arrived. This Sunday, we march into battle alongside our champion. We'll unleash fury upon our adversaries, and when the smoke clears, victory will be ours to claim. pic.twitter.com/OW4gpaE2U4

The hype is considerable, but the Giants are not a good team. The Seahawks have a good defense (when healthy), and without Nabers to draw away defensive attention, it's unlikely the Seahawks will have to worry much about the Giants' passing game.
Seattle's head coach, Mike McDonald, is an excellent defensive mind, and he'll know he can focus on the run. Expect tough sledding for the entire New York offense. Tracy could also be prone to rookie mistakes, as rookies typically are.
Unless you have a very depleted roster and don't have a choice, Tracy is a tough player to start, and better off on the bench. You never know with rookies, though.
