ANALYSIS: New York Giants running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. has played well over the past few weeks. The rookie running back averaged 17.5 rushing attempts for 89.5 yards, 0.5 touchdowns, and 16.6 half-point PPR fantasy points per game in the two contests as the starter. Furthermore, he had seven receptions for 58 receiving yards over those two games.
Last week, Devin Singletary returned from a groin injury. While both running backs struggled against the Philadelphia Eagles, Tracy was the lead option in the backfield. The rookie played 67% of the snaps, while the veteran played only 22%.

While both running backs will have a role on offense, Tracy offers fantasy players more upside. He has been the better runner. Furthermore, the rookie is a former wide receiver, giving the Giants a receiving threat out of the backfield.
Fantasy players should aggressively target Tracy off the waiver wire this week. He has league-winning potential, especially if Singletary suffers another injury.
