BALLER MOVE: Start
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: Anyone ranking Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (wrist) as a WR3/FLEX play ahead of this season would've been branded a complete idiot by most of the fantasy football community. But things change in the NFL, and Hill hasn't produced well even in games with his QB1, Tua Tagovailoa, healthy.
🚨BREAKING: #Dolphins star Tyreek Hill says that he hurt his neck during the TD celebration with Odell Beckham Jr. and may miss practice this week.

It was revealed that he has a torn ligament in his wrist before Week 10, and he didn't practice on Wednesday, likely because it was still bothering him. He was targeted just four times, catching three passes for 16 yards and a touchdown that bailed out what would have otherwise been a miserable fantasy performance. It was still pretty bad, by his standards.
There are numerous reasons that he hasn't been a fantasy star this season. A litany of injuries (thumb, foot, wrist, and possibly neck), Tagovailoa missing four games, him being 30 years old, and the Dolphins passing it deep less often than previous seasons are big factors.
QBs by deep throw attempt rate:
1. Anthony Richardson (21.1%)
2. Jordan Love (16.7%)
3. Derek Carr (15.8%)
.....
36. Tua Tagovailoa (7.7%)
37. Baker Mayfield (7.6%)
last. Patrick Mahomes (5.8%)Tua was at 10.9% in 2023. Not ideal for Tyreek Hill's spike week potential.

It really seems like running back De'Von Achane is the team's WR2 now, as shocking as it is. He's been the team's second most productive pass-catcher from a PPR scoring standpoint this season in games with Tagovailoa, despite being a running back, and tons of targets are going his way, being siphoned from Hill. Not a great look.
He gets an upgrade facing a soft Las Vegas Raiders team, but his injuries could hold him back. Stay updated on his wrist situation. He should still play, but he could be limited.
