ANALYSIS: Minnesota Vikings running back Ty Chandler was a popular late-round pick in fantasy football drafts this year. While many expected the Vikings to have a 1-2 punch in the backfield, Aaron Jones has been the featured guy. The veteran averaged 20 touches for 116 scrimmage yards and 16.1 half-point PPR fantasy points per game over the first four weeks.
Unfortunately, Jones suffered a hip injury in the Week 5 win in London. The veteran running back is considered week-to-week. Thankfully, Minnesota has their bye in Week 6, giving Jones a chance to avoid missing any game action.
Vikings now consider RB Aaron Jones week to week with his hip injury. Minnesota has a bye this week.

However, fantasy players in 12-team leagues or deeper should add Chandler off the waiver wire. He has played well in limited action despite averaging only 3.5 yards per rushing attempt this season. If Jones misses time with the hip injury, Chandler would have top-20 value.
