Welcome RotoBallers to our Two-Start Pitcher Streamers article - Waiver Wire Streamers and Starts for Week 27, from September 23 to September 29. With multiple teams having six or seven games on their schedule, we're looking at a nice variety of two-start pitchers.
Each week of this fantasy baseball season, this fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups column will identify starting pitchers expected to make two starts in the upcoming week. It can be considered as fantasy baseball streamers ahead of the Sunday night waiver wire run for leagues with weekly transactions.
There are 24 pitchers currently scheduled to make two starts during this period. We will be looking at pitchers who are less than 50% owned in Yahoo leagues. Listed will be those who are rostered over 50%, those who are best available under 50%, and risky options under 50%. There are a few other two-start pitchers available, but they should be avoided.

Best Available Two-Start Pitcher Streamers
Brady Basso (5% Rostered), Oakland Athletics
Scheduled Starts: vs. TEX, @ SEA
Recalled this September, Brady Basso holds a 1.69 ERA, 2.29 FIP, 1.13 WHIP, 20% strikeout rate, and 106 Location+ grade through three starts.
His upcoming opponents have had nice offensive showings lately, but Texas and Seattle rank just 21st and 24th, respectively, in runs scored this season. He's only a rookie, but he is the only two-start pitcher you can trust to stream in the final week of this fantasy baseball season.

Risky Two-Start Streamer Picks
Eduardo Rodriguez (34% Rostered), Arizona Diamondbacks
Scheduled Starts: vs. SF, vs. SD
While a 4.10 FIP keeps him in the conversation, Eduardo Rodriguez should not be someone you look for on waiver wires this week.
Through eight starts this season, he holds a 5.09 ERA, 5.32 xERA, 20% strikeout rate, 8.8% SwStr%, and 75 Stuff+ grade. While he's coming off his best start of the season, you can't place full trust in Rodriguez against a San Diego offense ranked eighth in scoring this season.

Dean Kremer (27% Rostered), Baltimore Orioles
Scheduled Starts: @ NYY, @ MIN
Dean Kremer has mostly kept upright this season, with a 4.19 ERA, 4.27 FIP, 22.5% strikeout rate, 9.2% walk rate, and 98 Pitching+ grade. Kremer has surely had his weeks this season, but he is a pitcher to avoid with two top-10 scoring offenses on his slate.
Landon Knack (11% Rostered), Los Angeles Dodgers
Scheduled Starts: vs. SD, @ COL
A Dodgers pitcher in a week where you are light on streaming options may seem like a godsend, but Landon Knack is not an option you should take in a week like this.
Knack has had great success this season, with a 3.39 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, 24.3% strikeout rate, and 6.8% walk rate. However, a 4.71 FIP and poor peripheral metrics raise serious red flags.
He'll get a San Diego offense ranked eighth in scoring this season and a Colorado Rockies offense in Coors. Knack is a pitcher set up to be a massive disappointment in the most important week of the season.
Hayden Birdsong (8% Rostered), San Francisco Giants
Scheduled Starts: @ ARZ, vs. STL
The Arizona Diamondbacks lead the league in scoring this season by 53 runs; Hayden Birdsong holds a 4.74 ERA, 4.94 FIP, and 13.9% walk rate. Don't fall victim to Birdsong this week.
Bailey Falter (6% Rostered), Pittsburgh Pirates
Scheduled Starts: vs. MIL, @ NYY
With a 4.15 ERA, 16.7% strikeout rate, and two offenses that rank in the top-seven of scoring this season on his schedule, Bailey Falter is an easy pitcher to avoid.
