It can be considered as fantasy baseball streamers ahead of the Sunday night waiver wire run for leagues with weekly transactions.
There are 27 pitchers currently scheduled to make two starts during this period. We will be looking at pitchers who are less than 50% owned in Yahoo leagues. Best Available Two-Start Pitcher Streamers
Reese Olson (28% Rostered), Detroit Tigers
Scheduled Starts: @ ATL, vs. CHW
A 10.43 ERA through three starts this June may scare some away, but rest assured, Reese Olson is still a rock-solid streaming pick. A 3.39 xFIP in June should ease your mind, and a 3.68 ERA, 3.25 FIP, and 12.7% SwStr% through 13 starts this season should inspire confidence in streaming Olson against most MLB offenses.
He’ll take starts against an ice-cold Atlanta offense (28th in runs scored since May 1) and an awful White Sox offense (last in runs scored this season).

Alec Marsh (18% Rostered), Kansas City Royals
Scheduled Starts: @ OAK, @ TEX
Alec Marsh may be gaining some steam in fantasy after his most recent start, carrying a no-hitter into the seventh inning against a Yankees offense leading the league in scoring. He’s quietly had a solid season, with a 3.63 ERA, 3.81 FIP, 1.09 WHIP, and 22.5% strikeout rate through 12 starts.
Oakland still ranks only 28th in runs scored this season, and Texas is legitimately sub-zero on offense, ranking 29th in scoring since May 15. He’s got some soft spots (4.43 xERA, dead-average stuff metrics), but he should get you through this week with no fuss.

Risky Two-Start Streamer Picks
Braxton Garrett (37% Rostered), Miami Marlins
Scheduled Starts: vs. STL, vs. SEA
A 3.56 xFIP and 2.9% walk rate should bring Braxton Garrett into streaming consideration, despite his 6.10 ERA through six starts. He’s got a nice set of starts this week as well, with Seattle and St. Louis ranked 24th and 26th respectively, in runs scored this season. However, a poor supporting cast (Miami ranks 29th in runs scored this season) and recent clunkers against substandard Mets and Rays offenses cause enough concern to leave Garrett off your roster this week.
Aaron Civale (35% Rostered), Tampa Bay Rays
Scheduled Starts: @ MIN, @ PIT
Aaron Civale has yet to find footing this year, with a 5.20 ERA, 4.61 FIP, and 1.33 WHIP through 14 starts. A match-up against a Twins offense ranked 10th in scoring probably won’t be the start he gets back on track; hold off on Civale this week.
Cal Quantrill (22% Rostered), Colorado Rockies
Scheduled Starts: vs. LAD, vs. WAS
Cal Quantrill: A Rockies pitcher with a 3.30 ERA through 14 starts this season; a Rockies pitcher with the Los Angeles Dodgers in Coors Field as his first start of the week; a Rockies pitcher you should not be streaming this week.
