ANALYSIS: Titans' rookie wide receiver Treylon Burks returned from a four-game absence in Week 10. Tennessee's top pick in the 2021 NFL Draft has battled a nagging turf toe injury throughout his rookie campaign. Burks was targeted six times in Tennessee's win over Denver and reeled in three catches for 24 yards.
Burks' final Week 10 stat line won't blow fantasy managers away, but the underlying usage was notable. He earned a 16.6% target share while running routes on 29 of Ryan Tannehill's 38 dropbacks.
The rookie's maiden NFL campaign has been a frustrating one. His 55 receiving yards in Week 1 still stand as his career high. While Burks has underwhelmed to this point, he could still play a substantial role for the Titans over the back half of the season. Tennessee's receiving corps has been pitiful in 2022 and we can expect them to make every effort to get the obviously-talented rookie involved down the stretch. Fantasy GMs in deeper leagues can consider grabbing Burks as a high-upside stash or deploying him as a boom/bust FLEX option against the Green Bay Packers in Week 11.
