BALLER MOVE: Start In Most 14+ Team Leagues or All 2-QB Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: Low-End QB1
ANALYSIS: Trevor Lawrence continued to show flashes in his third NFL season last year, tossing for over 4,000 yards, 21 touchdowns, and 21 turnovers. His inability to protect the football is a major concern, but fantasy managers found some consolation in his willingness to run the ball with a career-high 339 rushing yards.
This week, Lawrence faces off against the Miami Dolphins. This should be a favorable matchup for the former No. 1 pick, given that Jacksonville enters as underdogs. If the Jaguars find themselves playing from behind, they're more likely to pass the ball, leading to more scoring opportunities for Lawrence.
The Dolphins allowed the 10th-most fantasy points and the eighth-most passing touchdowns to quarterbacks last year.
Brian Thomas Jr. is being fast tracked to become the WR1 in the Jacksonville offense.
Over the past 2 seasons Trevor Lawrence has supported:
WR12 (Kirk, ‘22) & WR18 (Ridley, ‘23) all with Evan Engram finishing as a Top 5 TE in both seasons.

Lawrence doesn't have Calvin Ridley at his disposal this year, but he still has a strong supporting cast featuring the likes of Evan Engram, Christian Kirk, Gabe Davis, Brian Thomas Jr., and Travis Etienne Jr.
Between his talent, weapons, and matchup, Lawrence is at least worth considering in fantasy football. He's a low-end starter in leagues with 14 or more teams, as well as a must-start in all two-quarterback formats.
