ANALYSIS: Rooks gonna rook' unless they play for OKC, I guess. Enter Tre Mann, the Mighty Man. The first half-and-change of the season wasn't remotely good for Mann's fantasy GMs when it came to his upside and the usage Oklahoma was giving him. It wasn't any good, in fact, with Tre getting just a total of 588 minutes played over his first 34 games as a pro from tip-off day to Jan. 24. After that, though, Mann has started 23 of the 25 games he's played while logging an average of 30 MPG. Can't get much better, if you ask me.
Mann is not only starting games, but he's also doing so at all small-guy positions (both as a guard and on the wing at times) and his usage rate is reasonably high for a first-year man: it's 23.5% in the USG% front for him since he started this run of starts back on Jan. 28. And hey, considering the outcomes he's manufacturing, it makes all of the sense for the Thunder to keep playing him--unless they want to molly-tank the record, which Mann is surely not going to help with.
That's because Mann is scoring points in absolute bunches. In his last four games, he's gone for 25, 13, 35 (career-high), and 21 through Friday. Mann has also hit 5, 3, 7, and 3 three-point shots in those four matches while keeping up an extraordinary 49.8% shooting from the floor. The FGA volume is tier-one level with 18 shots per game, the usage has sky-rocketed to above 26% in all of the past four games, and this could very well be the version of Mann we get to watch ROS with OKC just vying for draft position and wanting to give reps and reps to their kids to keep their development going strong. Roster Mann without waiting any second and ride this wave for the last few weeks of the season. You won't regret it no matter the format/league-depth (watch out for the TOPG, though).

BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 8% of leagues ANALYSIS: The surge of Deni Avdija in all fantasy leaderboards has a very easy-to-grasp reason and that's Kyle Kuzma missing time with an injury.
