Wide receiver Hunter Renfrow had a decent start to his NFL career before a 1,000-yard breakout season in 2021 with the Las Vegas Raiders. Unfortunately, he was unable to build on his success over the last two seasons, and he's now in search of a new home.
If Renfrow lands with an above-average quarterback and has a legitimate chance to earn a starting spot, he could re-enter the fantasy radar in 2024.
Is Renfrow a free agent? Where could he land for the 2024 campaign? Let's dive in.

Is Hunter Renfrow a Free Agent?
After falling under 400 yards in 2022 and 2023, Renfrow was released by the Raiders on March 13, 2024. Las Vegas added Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers, Brock Bowers, and Michael Mayer over the last few offseasons, so he was no longer needed in the Silver and Black.
The former two-time National Champion at Clemson has remained unsigned to this point despite the growing need for wide receiver depth around the league.

Although his stock has fallen mightily, teams should still be somewhat interested in him since he caught 103 passes for 1,038 yards and nine touchdowns not that long ago (2021).
Which Teams Would Be Good Fits for Renfrow?
Philadelphia Eagles
A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith are a top-three wide receiver duo (at worst) in the NFL, but the Eagles have struggled to find any production from a third wideout. Although Renfrow wouldn't have a ton of fantasy value while competing with the Pro Bowl tandem and Dallas Goedert for targets, he'd provide another option for Jalen Hurts to throw to on critical third downs.
Parris Campbell, John Ross, Johnny Wilson, and Ainias Smith aren't all that exciting.
New York Jets
Garrett Wilson is viewed as a future top-10 NFL wideout. However, Mike Williams (knee) is likely to be limited to start the 2024 campaign, and rookie Malachi Corley could take time to develop in Year 1. The Jets are in full-blown, win-now mode, so even adding Renfrow as a depth WR4 would be beneficial. Aaron Rodgers covets dependable veteran chain movers, and Renfrow fits that bill.

Arizona Cardinals
Although the Cardinals are a potential sleeper team in 2024 with a healthy Kyler Murray and a few exciting pass-catchers, the depth chart is in rough shape behind Marvin Harrison Jr. and Trey McBride.
Michael Wilson is a big-bodied clasher with potential upside, but Zay Jones has failed to make a real impact in at least five of his seven NFL seasons.
