Welcome to another week of sifting through top hitter streamers, RotoBallers! We are looking ahead at the top hitter streamers and starts for fantasy baseball Week 15 - Monday, July 3 through Sunday, July 9. When you find yourself with a hole in your roster due to injury or otherwise, you need to find a week's worth of solid production from a new addition to your roster. That's where streaming comes in. Today, we will review potential hitters to stream in Week 15. Let's see which ones make the list.
We look into some hitters playing in most games and have favorable matchups to help you stay at the top as the season progresses. As always, check out the rest of our fantasy baseball streamer content after you read this piece!

What Teams Offer The Most Streaming Value?
There are 13(!) teams playing seven games between Monday, June 3, and Sunday, July 9. Those teams are:
- Baltimore Orioles
- Chicago Cubs
- Cincinnati Reds
- Cleveland Guardians
- Houston Astros
- Kansas City Royals
- Miami Marlins
- Milwaukee Brewers
- New York Yankees
- Seattle Mariners
- St. Louis Cardinals
- Texas Rangers
- Washington Nationals
There are no games at Coors Field next week, but there are a couple of good matchups in hitter-friendly parks, including the Rangers at Fenway and the Nationals at home versus the Cincinnati Reds. Against the Reds, The Nats are facing three right-handed pitchers and one lefty.
Best Sub-50% Rostered Hitters for this Week
This week, the Nationals, Rangers, Brewers, Dodgers, Reds, and Guardians, have games with favorable matchups. Fantasy owners can utilize streamers between teams under 50% rostered.

Week 15 Fantasy Baseball Hitter Streamers
Keibert Ruiz, C - Washington Nationals (37% Rostered)
Switch-hitter Ruiz will face off against three out of four right-handed pitchers next week. In his career with Washington at home versus righties, Ruiz has a .243 batting average with five home runs and 19 RBI in 270 plate appearances.
Ruiz is slashing .361/.415/.528 with a .942 OPS for the season at home versus left-handed pitchers. There will be fireworks in the nation's capital next week, some in the sky and some coming from the bat of Ruiz and the Nat's (I'll be here all week!)
James Outman, OF - Los Angeles Dodgers (33% Rostered)
The Dodgers are playing just six games next week, but four are versus Pittsburgh and against all right-handed pitchers. At home against righties, Outman has a .239 batting average with 2 home runs and 15 RBIs in 104 plate appearances.
His 35% K rate is an issue, but he also has nine homers and eight stolen bases through 70 games this year, showing his potential to be a solid fantasy contributor. A stretch against righties next week could be just what the doctor ordered for Outman.
Jordan Westburg, 3B - Baltimore Orioles (46% rostered)
The O's don't have the best matchup in the Bronx next week, but Baltimore has a way of making New York work for their wins, and the O's connect for plenty of runs along the way. Jordan Westburg was featured as one of RotoBaller's young rookies, "Making a Splash," and he and the rest of the Orioles have been fun to watch this year.
In Westburg's last five games, he is slashing .313/.389/.375 with a .313 batting average, five hits, two RBI, and two runs scored. He will be looking to make an impact versus the Yankees next, and I expect him to do just that.
CJ Abrams, SS - Washington Nationals (19% Rostered)
Washington is facing three right-handed hitters at home against the Reds next week. This is the time to add a young, lefty bat to your roster in a great matchup. He has six stolen bases this year versus righties, nine total for the season.
In his last five games, he has a .313 batting average with five hits, an RBI, and four runs scored. Not only is Nat's Park a hitter-friendly park, the weather next week is expected to be mainly in the 90s, and based on how the weather has been the last few days, the humidity should be adding to the fun and high scores.
Will Benson, OF - Cincinnati Reds (6% Rostered)
Benson is a toolsy young player (man, Cincy has so many of them on this roster) who has shown signs recently of figuring it out. He struggled to make contact early in the season but in June he hit .350 with three home runs, seven RBI, and 13 runs scored.
Benson is a threat on the basepaths, too, as he swiped six bases over the last month. He's not going to start against lefties, but if he continues to make improved contact at the plate he should keep earning at-bats and the Reds could see several very hittable RHP early in the week against Washington.
Other Hitter Streamers to Consider
- Mickey Moniak, OF - Los Angeles Angels (9% Rostered)
- Mike Tauchman, OF - Chicago Cubs (4% Rostered)
- Aaron Hicks, OF - Baltimore Orioles (3% Rostered)
That's it for Week 15 hitter streamers; come back next week!
