BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues

ANALYSIS: Dallas Cowboys backup running back Rico Dowdle has seen some increased usage over the last two games, but so far that hasn't had a huge impact on starting running back Tony Pollard.
Pollard enters this Thanksgiving Day matchup with the Washington Commanders with five consecutive games of double-digit carries. He hasn't gone over 61 rushing yards in any of those games, but he did find the end zone last week and has contributed in the passing game a good bit this season. Pollard has at least 55 yards from scrimmage in every game in 2023.
Sure, Pollard isn't having the huge 2023 season that many anticipated once the Cowboys moved on from Ezekiel Elliott, but he's capable of giving you 80 all-purpose yards with three receptions any time out. It's not exactly what you might want from Pollard, but it's enough to make him a low-end RB1 play.
This week, he faces the Commanders. Saquon Barkley had 140 scrimmage yards against Washington last week while Kenneth Walker III had 127 scrimmage yards against them the week before. This is a good matchup against a Commanders defense that has struggled in recent weeks after dealing some key defensive players ahead of the NFL's trade deadline.
