Opponent - Edmonton Oilers
It's uncertain whether Macklin will be considered sneaky tonight or not. We have six games scheduled, and only one team plays for something significant. The playoff teams will likely focus on avoiding injuries, while others that have been out of contention for a while are looking ahead to next year. However, Celebrini is in the running for Rookie of the Year, so padding his stats in this game could be beneficial. Meanwhile, the Oilers will also be playing to minimize injury risk.

The Wings had a disappointing season, to say the least. In contrast, despite facing another year of injuries, the Devils are heading to the playoffs. A significant factor in this success is the improved play of Luke Hughes during Dougie Hamilton's absence. He has stepped into the top defensive role, including on the power play, and lifted the Devils when needed. This game appears to lack defensive strength, so I expect to see a lot of goals scored.
