Every year, there are NFL players who make the Pro Bowl for the first time. Last season, several offensive players made their first Pro Bowl, including C.J. Stroud, James Cook, Jahmyr Gibbs, and Sam LaPorta.
There weren't as many first-time Pro Bowlers at the wide receiver position in 2023 with several veterans like Tyreek Hill, Mike Evans, Keenan Allen, and Amari Cooper making it. Nonetheless, Los Angeles Rams wideout Puka Nacua was the lone first-time Pro Bowler at the position.
This year, though, we should see more first-time Pro Bowlers at wide receiver. So, here are three wideouts who will make their first Pro Bowl in 2024.

Brandon Aiyuk, San Francisco 49ers
It was quite a surprise to see that San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has yet to make a Pro Bowl in his career. He totaled 78 catches for 1,015 yards and eight touchdowns in 2022 and then caught 75 passes for 1,342 yards and seven touchdowns last season.

But 2024 should be the first year Aiyuk makes the Pro Bowl. He has emerged as a reliable WR1 for the 49ers offense and has developed a strong connection with quarterback Brock Purdy in the passing game. If San Francisco didn't make the Super Bowl last year, the 26-year-old likely would have made it as a replacement, considering A.J. Brown and Evans opted out.
Garrett Wilson, New York Jets
There's no question that New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson is a talented player. He has totaled over 1,000 yards in back-to-back seasons to start his career. Those solid campaigns also came with some inconsistent quarterback play, as Zach Wilson started 21 of 34 games for the Jets over those two years.
Now, with Aaron Rodgers back from his Achilles injury, look for Wilson to make his first Pro Bowl in 2024. The young wideout is the clear WR1 in New York's offense and doesn't face much competition for targets. The former Ohio State star should be in for a career year.
DJ Moore, Chicago Bears
Since entering the league in 2018, Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore has been one of the most consistent playmakers in the NFL. He has four 1,000-yard seasons and is coming off a career year in 2023 -- where he totaled 96 catches for 1,364 yards and eight touchdowns.

However, that wasn't good enough for him to make his first Pro Bowl appearance. That should change, though, in 2024. With the Bears expected to be better in 2024 with new quarterback Caleb Williams, Moore could get more recognition among fans. Even as a rookie, Williams might be the best passer the wideout has played with in his career.
