BALLER MOVE: Stash in Standard Leagues
CALL-UP ETA: June
ANALYSIS: St. Louis Cardinals infielder Thomas Saggese is approaching his major league debut and is worth stashing in all standard leagues.
Through his first extended look at Triple-A pitching, he has posted a .238/.306/.378 with five home runs, 22 RBI, five stolen bases, and a 10:42 BB:K ratio in 43 games. The number two prospect in the Cardinals system spent the majority of last season with Double-A Springfield but ended the campaign by playing his final 13 games with Triple-A.
However, Saggese has begun to find his footing at the plate. He held several three- and four-game hitting streaks throughout May and never went more than two games without tallying at least one hit.

In addition, the 22-year-old has logged several starts at shortstop, the keystone, and the hot corner, which is a testament to his stellar defensive versatility. Saggese should join St. Louis sometime in June and is worth stashing in standard leagues as he should provide a solid combination of power and speed.
