BALLER MOVE: Sit in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins had high expectations this season. Unfortunately, the fourth-year wide receiver has been a massive fantasy bust. He is the WR67 for the year, averaging 8.3 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. Higgins has missed four games this season, including three straight because of injuries.
The former Clemson star has only 27 receptions on 51 targets for 328 receiving yards and two touchdowns in seven games. He is on pace to set career lows in every category. Higgins has scored fewer than 3.2 fantasy points in over half of the contests this year.
Thankfully, the veteran wide receiver will play against the Jacksonville Jaguars tomorrow night. However, fantasy players should keep Higgins out of their starting lineup. The matchup is fantasy-friendly, as the Jaguars have surrendered 30.6 fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season, the seventh-most in the NFL.
However, Higgins hasn’t played in nearly a month. Furthermore, he had a limited role with Joe Burrow under center. Now, he will take his first in-game snaps with Jake Browning. Unfortunately, the veteran wide receiver is droppable in all redraft leagues.
