Boston Red Sox outfielder Andrew Benintendi (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Detroit Tigers. The Sox will give their slumping outfielder another day off to rest. J.D. Martinez will play left field and bat cleanup versus lefty Ryan Carpenter. Martinez will be a popular DFS option for Friday.
