The 2023 NFL season is already in Week 8, but there are still tough start-or-sit calls to make near the midway point of the campaign. Injuries and matchups will always play a big factor. Drake London, Jakobi Meyers, and Rhamondre Stevenson are all hot names ahead of Sunday and Monday games.
London has been hot and cold, Meyers could be getting a QB upgrade this week, and Stevenson is beginning to lose work in the Patriots' backfield.
Should you start London, Meyers, or Stevenson in Week 8? Let's dive in.

Should I Start Drake London for Fantasy Football?
London's Week 8 matchup, the Tennessee Titans, has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season. Tennessee just traded away former All-Pro safety Kevin Byard, so its secondary could be even weaker.
Although it's tough to trust Desmond Ridder and the Falcons' passing game, London has a high ceiling in this matchup. The second-year receiver has seen at least seven targets in five of his seven games, so he's an ideal WR2 or flex option for Week 8.
He is the WR29 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Jakobi Meyers for Fantasy Football?
Meyers has seen double-digit targets in four of his six games this season. He has 37 receptions for 385 yards and five touchdowns. On Monday Night Football, he'll face the Detroit Lions, who have surrendered the 11th-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season.
Jimmy Garoppolo is off the injury report after missing last week's loss to the Chicago Bears. In Meyers' four games with Jimmy G at quarterback, he has averaged 7.0 receptions, 75.5 receiving yards, and one touchdown per game.
All that said, Meyers is set up to be an excellent fantasy option this week.
He is the WR23 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Rhamondre Stevenson for Fantasy Football?
Stevenson has finished as at least an RB2 in each of his last two games. The third-year pro is on a struggling New England Patriots offense and faces a mid-level defense against fantasy running backs in Week 8 (Miami Dolphins).
In his first matchup against the Dolphins this season, Stevenson rushed 15 times for 50 yards and a touchdown and caught three passes of 10 yards. He played a season-high 73% of the team's offensive snaps that week. Over the last two weeks, he has played on 63% of the Patriots' snaps.
Ultimately, Stevenson is dependent on receptions for PPR leagues or touchdowns for standard leagues. That's not a bad thing, but his floor and ceiling are limited by the workload uptick of Ezekiel Elliott. Running back production is scarce so Stevenson might need to be in lineups, but he has become a shaky flex play.
He is the RB24 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
