NFL DFS Props - Over/Under Picks for Week 6 Monday Night Football
Dak Prescott UNDER 256.5 Passing Yards
Prescott has underperformed so far in 2023, ranking 17th in passing yards (1,061) and 19th in QB rating (87.5). Despite the subpar showing to date, he has a lofty 256.5 passing yardage prop in Week 6 -- a total he has only surpassed once this year (261 yards against the Patriots in Week 4).
The Chargers rank as the ninth-toughest matchup for quarterbacks on the week, according to PFF. They will also be fresh off a bye, having had two weeks to prepare for the Cowboys offense. Prescott has also struggled under the lights of late, having only topped 256 passing yards once in his last eight prime time matchups.
Michael Gallup UNDER 3.5 Receptions
Books continue to give Gallup too much credit, with a 3.5 receptions prop in Week 6 despite only topping that mark twice in his last 14 games dating back to last year.
Gallup lines up on the outside 94% of the time, meaning he will see a fair amount of Chargers CB Asante Samuel Jr., who has a strong 76.6 defensive PFF grade.
Rotoballer's Proptimizer tool gives this over a 4.1% edge with a Sharp App projected line of 2.9 catches.
Keenan Allen OVER 6.5 Receptions
Allen has been a stud for the Chargers this year, coming into Week 6 as the WR9 in PPR scoring despite missing a week to injury. The former third-round pick will be rested coming off a bye in a matchup that has the highest total of the week (51 according to DraftKings Sportsbook).
PFF projects a 71% likelihood of Allen reaching his receptions total. Look for the Chargers to lean on Allen against a banged-up Cowboys secondary that will be missing CB Trevon Diggs, CB C.J. Goodwin, and S Juanyeh Thomas.
