Welcome to our Sleeper NBA DFS prop picks for Wednesday, March 6. Where to even start? Tuesday was packed full of excitement from Alperen Sengun’s 45-point game to Dean Wade’s fourth quarter heroics off the bench. Luka Doncic posted another massive game despite the loss and an overtime matchup between the Nuggets and Suns capped off another great night of NBA basketball. Despite all this, the Pelicans are still the talk of the league.
Not only did Trey Murphy III and Herb Jones set career-highs for threes made in a game, but the Pelicans slid into the Top 10 for multiple offensive and defensive metrics. Peaking at the right time is key for playoff success and two lockdown defenders peaking at any time causes problems for superstars. With how easily Jones and Murphy can impact a game, assume most teams are hoping the Pelicans ‘peak’ is premature and short-lived.

NBA DFS Props - Over/Under Picks for Wednesday, March 6
John Collins OVER 11.5 Rebounds + Assists
The Jazz as a whole haven’t been able to recreate the same early-January magic that was winning games, but John Collins has figured something out. For most of this season, Collins was averaging around eight rebounds a game and over the last two weeks he’s bumped it up to 11. Loosening up the roster has freed up Collins to become one of their top contributors on both ends of the ball and he’s carrying his weight nightly regardless of how much he scores.
February marked a fresh start and Collins has posted just as many high-rebound games in the last month than he has all season. All year, Collins has had eight games where he’s grabbed 13 or more rebounds and four of them have come in the last month. There are a few teams that understand how to limit a strong rebounder like Collins, but the Bulls are not one of them. Adding in Rebounds and Assists should clear and add nice boost to the parlay.
Dejounte Murray OVER 12.5 Rebounds + Assists
With no Trae Young, the Hawks know better than to take usage away from Dejounte Murray. As the main playmaker in this offense, this over is likely to be covered by assists alone and luckily for us, Murray goes above and beyond most nights scraping at triple-doubles. Anything close to that clears this bet for us and since February 10th, Murray has posted at least four games with nine or more assists.
Murray doesn’t always surpass those coveted double-digit markers, but he rarely underachieves in any department. Over the last nine games, he’s failed to hit this over just twice and taking the under on any Murray bet should create some uncertainty. With how hot the Hawks can get and how important Murray is to the offense, it should be a surprise this line isn’t higher.
Wendell Carter Jr. OVER 8.5 Rebounds + Assists
After returning from injury, a slow start hasn’t kept Wendell Carter Jr. from being one of the more impactful Magic defenders this season. He’s no Jonathan Isaac, but until Isaac starts getting a full workload, whatever Carter Jr. is bringing to the table is clearly working. Naturally, Carter Jr. grabs rebounds, floats around the paint and acts as the perfect big to complement aggressive guards. Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero have no problems getting him his touches, but we need his focus to be elsewhere for this bet specifically.
Already, the Wizards defense struggles at containing just about anyone, but mainly their offense will continue their chucking ways. Rebounds can be fickle because sometimes the ball just doesn’t bounce the right way, but we should assume a quantity over quality mindset plays into our hand for tonight. This is the fourth game between Orlando and Washington this season, meaning the Magic will want to secure a win in one of their last easy matchups.
