2024 has been an up and down season for Jayden Reed thus far. After shining in the Week 1 opener with four receptions for 138 yards and a touchdown to go alongside 33 rushing yards and another touchdown, quarterback Jordan Love was injured, causing the team to take a run-heavy approach while their quarterback got back to health.
Reed has three games this season with 100-plus receiving yards and three games with 28 receiving yards or less. Ouch. While he has proven to be a top-notch wide receiver for fantasy when the targets come his way, consistency has been a problem.
Quarterback Jordan Love has continued to stay banged up all year with nagging injuries and the Packers Week 9 bye couldn't have come at a better time. So, what should you do with Reed in fantasy? Is he a start? Is he a sit? Let's dive in below, shall we?

Jayden Reed Fantasy Football Outlook
On the season, Reed has two Top 2 weekly finishes in half-PPR formats, but he's registered a Top 24 performance just two other times during the year.
The good news is with a week off that quarterback Jordan Love should be fully healthy in Week 11. Against the Lions in Week 9, Reed saw six total targets to finish with five receptions for 113 yards in what was a rain-soaked type of game, which is a very good sign.
Jayden Reed sees the Chicago Bears defense, and finds himself in an interesting scenario.
The Bears are very tough vs. the slot, where Reed runs 80% of his routes, allowing the 6th lowest YPA (7) and the lowest ANY/A (4.66). They are also just a very tough Pass D overall, 1st in…

While we can't pencil him in as a surefire WR1 at this point, the outlook still seems quite favorable for Reed the rest of the way.
Should I Start Jayden Reed in Week 11?
Through nine games, Reed has 36 receptions for 620 yards and three touchdowns to go with 11 rush attempts for 110 yards and another score.
Due to the fact that he mainly lines up in the slot, the team tends to manufacture at least a handful of touches Reed's way during the game.

Now that their quarterback is getting healthy, the Packers offense should be potent coming off their bye week for the rest of the season.
Reed should be viewed as a high-end WR2 in Week 11, but he has WR1 upside should the consistent usage find its way back to him. Despite the ups and downs, I am starting Reed with confidence in Week 11.
