Jaleel McLaughlin - Fantasy Football Rankings, DFS and Betting Picks, NFL Injury News

The Denver Broncos visit the Buffalo Bills on Monday night for the final contest of Week 10 of the 2023 NFL season.

Heading into this game, one popular name when it comes to start/sit decisions is Denver Broncos running back Jaleel McLaughlin.

Should fantasy managers play Jaleel McLaughlin when the Broncos and Bills meet on Monday night?

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Jaleel McLaughlin Fantasy Football Outlook

When the Denver Broncos last played in Week 8 against the Kansas City Chiefs, Broncos running back Jaleel McLaughlin had four carries for 33 yards. He also was targeted twice in the contest, catching both passes for six yards.

McLaughlin had a strong showing back In Week 5 with nine carries for 68 yards plus three catches for 21 yards and a touchdown, but he's seen his touches fall off over the last few games.

Heading into Week 10, Jaleel McLaughlin is coming off his lowest snap rate since Week 2. Javonte Williams has grabbed the reins of this rushing attack and even Samaje Perine has been pushed to the side. This is Williams' backfield.

Should I Start Jaleel McLaughlin in Week 10?

Jaleel McLaughlin is a very risky fantasy option against the Buffalo Bills on Monday night based on his recent reduction in usage.

While Jaleel McLaughlin has shown talent at times this season, this backfield has really turned into a one-player show. Javonte Williams had a season-high 25 carries in the win over Kansas City and played 63% of the team's snaps, which was also a season-high. Williams, who missed most of last season after tearing his ACL, seems to have found his stride, which is leading to reduced opportunities for the rest of the running backs on this roster.

While Jaleel McLaughlin has shown that he might have plenty of fantasy value should Williams get injured again, he's too risky to play on Monday night against the Bills with Williams likely to get the vast majority of the touches. Jaleel McLaughlin can break off a big play, but the reward there might not be worth the immense risk.
