With just three weeks of the 2023 NFL season in the books, it can be tough to make start-or-sit decisions based on limited data. De'Von Achane, Raheem Mostert, and George Pickens are all hot names ahead of Sunday's games.
Achane and Mostert both went nuclear in Week 3, and Pickens has been an early-season riser after an impressive start to the new campaign.
Should you start Achane, Mostert, or Pickens in Week 4? Let's dive in.

Should I Start De'Von Achane for Fantasy Football?
Achane posted 233 total yards and four touchdowns against the Denver Broncos last week. Needless to say, he now has plenty of fantasy football intrigue. The rookie has elite speed at the position and is put in great situations by offensive guru Mike McDaniel.
However, he should still play second-fiddle to Raheem Mostert, and the Bills have allowed the ninth-fewest fantasy points to running backs thus far. The matchup with the Bills will be much tougher than the matchup with the Broncos, and there's a chance he simply caught lightning in a bottle last week.
All that said, it's difficult to justify benching him after seeing his earth-shattering upside. He's a threat to rip off a long touchdown any time he gets the ball, and given the rarity of bell cow backs in the league, his workload question marks should not be too much of a concern.
He is the RB18 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Raheem Mostert for Fantasy Football?
Mostert is the overall RB1 in all formats so far, so there's no reason to consider benching him ahead of a tough divisional matchup. It will be interesting to see what happens with the Dolphins' backfield when Jeff Wilson Jr. (ribs) is activated off the PUP list, but Mostert should not be at risk of being relegated to a minor role based on his hot start.
Hopefully, the 31-year-old can stay healthy, because he's been spectacular when available. Start him. Period.
He is the RB6 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start George Pickens for Fantasy Football?
Over the last two weeks, Pickens has hauled in eight of his 16 targets for 202 yards and one touchdown. The second-year wideout looks like a true No. 1 target in the absence of Diontae Johnson (hamstring), so he has plenty of fantasy football upside.
Although Houston has allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points to the position so far, Pickens' opportunity for targets and big plays makes him a great Week 4 option in the WR3 or flex spot.
He is the WR23 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
