Philadelphia Eagles running back D'Andre Swift is coming off a great performance in Week 2 against the Minnesota Vikings. After having just one carry in Week 1, Swift's usage increased massively in Week 2 due to Boston Scott's absence.
Against the Vikings, the 24-year-old running back had 28 carries for 175 yards and a touchdown. He looked unstoppable and made the most of the opportunity that was presented to him.
The Eagles will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3. Is Swift worth starting on your fantasy teams? Let's take a look.

D’Andre Swift Fantasy Football Outlook
Boston Scott is questionable heading into the game against the Buccaneers. If he misses out, there is no denying that D'Andre Swift could have another big game. Last week, Swift recorded 24.1 points in PPR leagues.
However, even if Scott plays, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has claimed to roll with Swift if he plays well. This is great news for everyone who had the former Detroit Lions running back on their teams, as the fear of him losing his role worried everyone.
The Georgia product is confident about his ability, and when given the chance, he'll continue to shine. With how things currently shape up, he could have another big game. Moreover, the struggles of the Eagles' passing offense will result in more touches for their running backs.
D’Andre Swift Running Back Rankings Analysis
D'Andre Swift is ranked #31 by the RotoBaller staff and is quickly rising among the ranks due to his sensational Week 2 performance. With the Eagles coaching staff showing trust in him, Swift is primed to have high usage unless he fails to perform.
Should I Start D’Andre Swift In Week 3 Fantasy Football?
So far this season, the Buccaneers have been effective in stopping their opponents' running game. The Buccaneers allowed only 67 rushing yards in their previous game against the Bears. Moreover, in Week 1 they were also dominant as they allowed just 41 rushing yards against the Vikings.
However, the story is unlikely to stay the same against the Eagles due to the elite offensive line of the defending NFC Champions. As a result, D'Andre Swift should be given the nod and start on your fantasy football teams, at least for this week.
