The bulk of the Week 6 NFL slate is finally here, meaning it's time for fantasy managers to make tough, last-minute start 'em, sit 'em decisions. Adam Thielen, Josh Reynolds, and Brandon Aiyuk are all hot names ahead of Sunday's games.
Reynolds is having a surprisingly good season, Thielen looks like he's discovered the fountain of youth, and Aiyuk appears to be a major part of the 49ers attack. Where do things stand moving forward?
Should you start Thielen, Reynolds, or Aiyuk in Week 6? Let's dive in.

Should I Start Adam Thielen for Fantasy Football?
Thielen just might be the hottest receiver in fantasy football these days not named Tyreek Hill. He's catching balls left and right, eating up targets like Pac-Man, and has become the go-to man in Carolina. Who saw this coming?
Playing on perhaps the weakest offense in the NFL, Thielen has somehow found the magic touch. He is averaging a whopping 9.2 targets per game through five in 2023, and he is showing no signs of slowing down.
He is clearly the number one option for the Panthers, and as long as he remains healthy, that will continue to be the case. He's scoring touchdowns, catching 7-11 passes per week, and racking up yardage. Start him with confidence in Week 6 against the Dolphins, in a game in which Carolina will likely be playing from behind and will be forced to throw often.
Should I Start Josh Reynolds for Fantasy Football?
The Detroit Lions are certainly one of the biggest surprises in all of football in 2023. They appear to have finally figured out how to win, and more importantly, how to play smart. They are dangerous on both sides of the ball, but their offense is what keeps them in games.
Quarterback Jared Goff definitely doesn't have a shortage of weapons when deciding who to throw to on gamedays. His first look is almost always star receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, but a close second is his exciting rookie tight end Sam LaPorta. Surprisingly, the third member of the big three for Goff has become wideout Josh Reynolds.
Reynolds is averaging six targets per game this season, which provides him plenty of opportunity for production. The Lions offense is good, and they will score points. The 28-year-old has three touchdowns in four games, and fantasy managers hope he continues the trend of finding the end zone in Week 6 so they can plug him in as a WR3 or flex.
Should I Start Brandon Aiyuk for Fantasy Football?
Do you like points? I will tell you who does, and that's the San Francisco 49ers. They are one of the most lethal offenses in the entire National Football League. They can score from the left or the right, the back or the front, and will hit you from land or sea.
Superstar running back Christian McCaffrey is undeniably the early favorite for league MVP as we head into Week 6, and he is the primary option for quarterback Brock Purdy on the ground and through the air. He does it all. But he also has high-echelon secondary options like tight end George Kittle, wide receiver Deebo Samuel, and fourth-year WR Aiyuk.
Aiyuk has developed into a dangerous weapon for Purdy, particularly in the red zone. This season has all the feels of it being a breakout year for the 25-year-old. He is averaging almost seven targets per contest and already has two games with over 120 yards receiving. The young and talented wideout has a difficult matchup against a solid Browns secondary this week, but the 49ers are just too good offensively to sit any of their major weapons. Start Aiyuk as a strong WR2 and feel great about it leading you to victory.
