Jordan Love Fantasy Football Outlook
In Week 10, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love was 21-for-40 for 289 yards, his most passing yards this season. He threw a pair of touchdowns in the game. It could have been Love's best performance of 2023, but his stat line was sullied by a pair of interceptions, the third time this year he's thrown multiple picks.
On the season, Jordan Love has completed 58.7% of his pass attempts for 2,009 yards. He's thrown 14 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Love's also added 182 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
Now, Love and the Packers are set to face the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday in a Week 11 contest. What should fantasy managers do with Love for this one?
Should I Start Jordan Love in Week 11?
Jordan Love's numbers haven't been great this year, but he has a juicy Week 11 matchup on tap here. The Los Angeles Chargers have given up a ton of fantasy points to the quarterback position. Specifically, opposing QBs aver 20.9 fantasy points per game against the Chargers. Only Washington allows more.
That's good news for Jordan Love, but he still hasn't thrown more than two touchdowns in a game since Week 2 and has no 300-yard games. As good as the matchup is here, Love's numbers this year just don't suggest that he's a must-start fantasy option in this one.
His value is a little higher than usual, though. Fantasy managers should consider Love to be a solid QB2 play with upside ahead of Sunday's contest against the Chargers.
