Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell hasn't played since Week 5 when he exited the team's loss to the Atlanta Falcons with a concussion.
But with Dell back at practice and expected to return in Week 8, he's become a popular name when discussing the waiver wire this week. What can we expect from the Texans rookie wide receiver?
Should fantasy managers pick Tank Dell up off the waiver wire ahead of Week 8?

What Did Tank Dell Do In Week 7?
Nothing, because the Texans had a bye in Week 7. And he didn't do anything against the Saints in Week 6 either, because he missed that game with a concussion.
But before that, Dell was developing into an important part of this Texans offense. He caught three passes for 57 yards against the Falcons in Week 5.
Dell's best game was back in Week 3 against the Jaguars though, as he caught five passes for 145 yards and a touchdown. Between Week 2 and Week 3, the rookie was targeted 17 times. His numbers dipped in Week 4, but he was on track for a strong Week 5 effort before the concussion. He was limited to just 21 snaps in that game.
Is Tank Dell A Good Fantasy Football Pickup For Week 8?
Not counting the game where he was injured, Tank Dell's been on the field a good bit this season. After playing 48% of the snaps in Week 1, the rookie quickly jolted up the rotation, playing 79%, 61%, and 70% in his next three full games.
Dell has become Houston's big-play receiver, with a double-digit aDOT in his past three games. Across the five weeks that he's played, he's had 25% of Houston's air yards.
Dell's upside makes him a player that most fantasy managers should look to add this week. He's the most dynamic wide receiver on this Texans team and should see his role continue to grow now that he's back on the field.
