After spending the past three seasons with the Miami Heat, forward Max Strus joined the Cleveland Cavaliers via a sign-and-trade back in July, agreeing to a four-year, $63 million deal with Cleveland. The deal also saw Cedi Osman and Lamar Stevens traded to the Spurs.

Strus made his Cavaliers debut on Wednesday night, playing 38 minutes of the team's win over the Brooklyn Nets. Strus was 9-for-17 from the floor, scoring 27 points in the contest. He also grabbed 12 rebounds and added two assists, one steal, and one block.

Last season, Strus averaged 11.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.5 steals, and 0.2 blocks for Miami. He appeared in 80 games for the Heat, starting in 33 of them.
