Is Treylon Burks A Fantasy Starter?

Since the Titans added Ridley to Boyd in free agency, Treylon Burks is expected to be the WR4 for the Titans this upcoming season. This is not a good spot for a wide receiver who was a first-round pick two years ago.

The Titans have a new head coach in Brian Callahan, and the franchise spent a lot in free agency to improve their offense. In 11 games last year, Burks had just 16 receptions for 221 yards on 30 targets. He has scored just one touchdown in his first two seasons in the NFL, and that is quite concerning.
