Travis Etienne's Week 11 performance was underwhelming, to say the least. He ran 12 times for just 27 yards and brought in all three of his targets for a mere six yards in the Jacksonville Jaguars' crushing 52-6 loss to the Detroit Lions.
With Tank Bigsby sidelined due to an ankle injury, this was expected to be a prime opportunity for Etienne to explode. Unfortunately, it was another disappointing outing.
So what should fantasy managers do with Etienne now? It might be time to move on from the running back.

Should I Drop Travis Etienne in Fantasy Football?
If you need to free up a roster spot, the answer is likely yes, especially in 8-10-team leagues. Etienne has been far from trustworthy lately, with injuries and poor performances stacking up. His hamstring issues have caused him to miss time and hinder his production when he has played.
Takeaways: Jaguars vs Lions
1. Travis Etienne had the alpha RB1 role with Tank Bigsby sidelined
1a. He played on 73% of snaps and ran a route on 61% of dropbacks
1b. But he had just a 17% rushing success rate and 33 total yards

The Jaguars are heading into a bye week in Week 12, and many factors are working against the former first-rounder's fantasy value. The offense is in disarray, with Trevor Lawrence out due to a shoulder injury. Bigsby could return in Week 13, limiting Etienne's chances for big games.
While the 25-year-old still has a role if Bigsby is healthy, his upside has significantly diminished.
Who Should I Pickup in Week 12 Fantasy Football?
If you are dropping Etienne, Jaylen Warren is an excellent pickup. He continues to carve out a role in the Pittsburgh Steelers' backfield and has been more involved recently. His 13 touches in Week 11 show his importance in the offense.

Other running backs like Roschon Johnson of the Chicago Bears and Cam Akers of the Minnesota Vikings are worth keeping on your radar. These players have shown consistent usage and could provide a higher fantasy floor moving forward.
Additionally, if you need a flex or wide receiver option, you might want to consider dropping Etienne for a wideout. Look for players like Elijah Moore of the Cleveland Browns or Marquez Valdes-Scantling of the New Orleans Saints. These players could provide the consistency you need in a flex spot, especially given the uncertainty surrounding Etienne's role and health.
