Nick Chubb's limited role in Week 11 left fantasy managers frustrated. He saw only 22 snaps in the Cleveland Browns' 17-14 loss to the New Orleans Saints, totaling 11 carries for 50 yards and no targets.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski said the short week contributed to the running back's reduced workload. The Browns play this Thursday night versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. While Chubb has struggled this season, dropping him is not the answer yet.
With the potential for an increased workload moving forward, he remains a stash-worthy player, especially with the lack of solid waiver options at running back. Dropping him now would be premature. Let's explore potential waiver-wire additions for insurance while holding onto Chubb.

Should I Drop Nick Chubb in Fantasy Football?
The answer is no. Dropping the 28-year-old after only a few games back from injury would be jumping the gun. While his Week 11 performance was discouraging, it is too soon to give up on a running back of his caliber.

Chubb's limited workload was situational, with a fast turnaround to Thursday night. Expect more involvement in Week 12.
If you need depth at running back, consider stashing a backup rather than entirely replacing the Georgia alum. Waiver options are slim at this position, and the potential upside of a fully healthy Chubb outweighs most alternatives.
Who Should I Pickup in Week 12 Fantasy Football?
If you are looking to bolster your roster, Austin Ekeler of the Washington Commanders is a strong pickup if available. He has posted double-digit fantasy points in his last three games (PPR), showing heavy involvement in the passing game. In Week 11, he caught eight passes for 89 yards, leading the team in targets, receptions, and receiving yards.

Jaylen Warren of the Pittsburgh Steelers is another strong option. His role in the offense continues to grow, and he offers a decent floor as a backup running back.
Holding onto the Cleveland RB is wise, but supplementing your roster with waiver wire depth ensures you are covered. Patience with Chubb could pay off in the coming weeks.
