Should I Drop Justin Herbert in Fantasy Football?
Heading into the Week 3 game against the Steelers, Justin Herbert was listed as questionable with an ankle sprain. While he did suit up, he was just 12-for-18 for 125 yards when he aggravated that ankle injury and was forced to exit the game.
The Chargers clearly rushed Herbert back too soon. With a matchup against the Chiefs up next and then a bye in Week 5, there's a good chance we don't see Herbert back on the field until Week 6.
Herbert has yet to hit the 200-yard mark in a game in 2024, which isn't ideal considering he played 100% of the team's snaps in the first two weeks.
Still, Herbert has the talent to be a top-10 fantasy quarterback and you likely drafted him to be just that. If you can afford to stream a QB for the next two weeks while spending a roster spot on Herbert still, you should hold on to him in fantasy football.
Who Should I Pickup in Week 4 Fantasy Football?
Once Herbert left Sunday's game, Taylor Heinicke came in. He attempted just two passes, completing both for 24 yards while being sacked three times.
With a matchup against the Chiefs up next for Los Angeles, there's no reason fantasy managers should be looking at Heinicke. It's not a good matchup for him and the former Falcons quarterback isn't surrounded by a ton of talent in L.A. this season.
