Diontae Johnson's time with the Baltimore Ravens has been nothing short of disappointing for fantasy managers. With playoffs just around the corner, the question is whether the wide receiver is worth holding or if it is time to move on.
The Ravens are a run-first offense, and Johnson is not a top option in the passing game. Can your roster handle a player who may not produce when you need it most?
It is never easy to drop a player with Johnson's track record, but fantasy football is about making the tough calls. Let's break down why you need to part ways with him and examine who could be better options heading into Week 12.

Should I Drop Diontae Johnson in Fantasy Football?
The 28-year-old has not made a case to stay on your roster. Since joining the Ravens, he has played a minimal role in the offense.
It's been a slow start for the wide receivers moved before the NFL trade deadline.
* Diontae Johnson hasn't surpassed a 30% route share yet with the Ravens. Has 1 catch for 6 yds in 3 games.
* DeAndre Hopkins hasn't run more than 61% of routes in his 4 KC games, had the 9-86-2…

Baltimore's offense revolves around the run game and established players like Mark Andrews and Zay Flowers. Johnson's lack of involvement shows that he is not a priority in their scheme at this time. Even if his snaps increase, predicting when he will be startable will be difficult.
If you have been holding the Toledo product and hoping for a turnaround, it is time to let go. You need players who can produce now, especially with the playoffs on the horizon. Dropping Johnson frees up a valuable spot for someone who can contribute immediately.
Who Should I Pickup in Week 12 Fantasy Football?
If you are moving on from the Baltimore wideout, several receivers are worth adding this week. Jerry Jeudy of the Cleveland Browns is one of the best options, coming off three consecutive double-digit PPR games, including 26.2 points in Week 11. He has solidified his role and offers great upside.

Elijah Moore, also from the Browns, is another strong pickup. He has been consistent in his usage and provides a reliable floor in PPR leagues. If you are looking for a steady contributor, Moore is worth considering.
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine from the Tennessee Titans is a sneaky option as well. He saw six targets in Week 11, catching two for 117 yards and a touchdown. If you need big-play potential, Westbrook-Ikhine could be the perfect flex play. And if Marquez Valdes-Scantling of the New Orleans Saints is available, you should prioritize grabbing him before your league-mates do.
