The Buffalo Bills have the second-best offense in the NFL, averaging 27.8 points per game. They have a lethal passing attack led by quarterback Josh Allen, but their running game should not go overlooked.
For the majority of the 2022 season, the Bills' leading rusher has been Devin Singletary, and for the most part, he has been stellar. Last Sunday, however, in the team's 24-10 victory over the New England Patriots, there were possible signs of a crack in the armor.
The main reason for concern is not necessarily due to performance, but instead competition. Let's dive in and take a closer look.

Is Devin Singletary Worth A Roster Spot in Fantasy Football?
Singletary has exceeded preseason expectations, contributing to the Bills on the ground and in the air. Through 13 weeks, he has rushed for 603 yards and four touchdowns and secured 31 of 42 targets for 226 yards and one score.
The Buffalo tailback has averaged 11.6 fantasy points per contest and has found the end zone four times in his last four games. Things were going very well until this past Sunday, when rookie RB James Cook showed up and complicated matters.
Uh-oh. But why fantasy gods? Things were going so well, why have you decided to add Cook into the mix, and fix something that isn't broken?
Should I Start Devin Singletary in Fantasy Football?
One thing that has been substantial in fantasy football in 2022 has been attrition at the running back position. It seems like every week, a big-time RB is falling by the wayside, crippling fantasy owners.
Unless you've been one of the few lucky ones, you're likely looking for someone in the backfield to slide onto your roster as we head down the final stretch. The Bills' offense will put up tons of points, and big chunks will come from one of their running backs.
The only question is which one.
Can I Drop Devin Singletary in Fantasy Football?
Unless you're living the high life and have players like Christian McCaffrey or Josh Jacobs on your roster, hang onto Singletary.
Cook will steal some of his touches, that is undeniable. But Singletary has proven over the course of the season that he is consistent and reliable. Those two words aren't handed out often when it comes to running backs in 2022.
Singletary won't wow you with blockbuster performances but he will be a solid RB2 or flex for your roster as you chase down a fantasy championship.
