The New York Jets are a disaster. On Tuesday, the team fired head coach Robert Saleh after the team's 2-3 start. Veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers just hasn't really looked like himself.
Take this week's loss to the Vikings. Rodgers threw for 244 yards and two touchdowns, but he was also picked off three times in the 23-17 defeat.
Should fantasy managers drop Aaron Rodgers ahead of Week 6?

Should I Drop Aaron Rodgers in Fantasy Football?
It's been a disappointing return from a torn Achilles for New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has completed 61.0% of his passes for 1,093 yards, seven touchdowns, and four interceptions so far this season.
The 40-year-old quarterback just doesn't really look like himself out there on the football field and it's led to a disappointing start for the Jets.
Since 2018, Aaron Rodgers has as many in-season coach firings as he does playoff wins.

The team fired its head coach but appears to be sticking with Nathaniel Hackett as offensive coordinator, so I wouldn't expect Rodgers to have some sudden leap in production.
Quarterback is a deep position this season, and Rodgers is a low-end QB2 option. He's down around guys like Will Levis and Joe Flacco right now.
He has streaming appeal in certain matchups, but there's no reason to hold a roster spot for a backup QB on your bench unless you're in a league where QB hoarding has made it impossible to find starters on the wire.

Among the top names for fantasy managers to target in one-QB leagues are Kirk Cousins, Justin Fields, and Caleb Williams. All three are far superior to just rolling Rodgers out there every week.
This Drake Maye situation is so interesting re: POTENTIALLY starting him against the Texans.
1. You could argue it's a terrible idea to play him against such a strong defense/just start him against Jags.
2. If he's your best QB, why WOULDN'T you start him against a good team?

In two QB leagues, you could add Drake Maye ahead of his first career NFL start, which could be this week against the Texans or could be postponed until the next game against Jacksonville. He has a much lower floor than Rodgers, but the mystery here makes him a little bit more appealing.
