ANALYSIS: Despite starting a few games last season, make no mistake, Romo was a closer last year. He earned 25 saves with a 10.02 K/9, a 2.67 BB/9 and a 4.14 ERA - with a 3.32 SIERA. He is now in line to be the closer in Miami, and even though his first outing was nothing short of a disaster (0.1 innings, four ER) Romo should see enough save opportunities in Miami to make him fantasy relevant in all formats. Yes, Drew Steckenrider is in the fold, and yes Miami won't have as many save opportunities as other teams. However, Romo has a lot of experience in the late innings and proved last year he can still strike hitters out and limit base runners. If you need a closer and Romo is on the wire, he's worth picking up in all formats.
