BALLER MOVE: Start in 16+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB49
ANALYSIS: Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Sean Tucker was a fantasy football afterthought entering the 2024 season. However, the second-year running back has earned a role on offense after his massive Week 6 performance against the New Orleans Saints.
Tucker had 14 rushing attempts for 136 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Furthermore, he had three receptions for 56 receiving yards and a touchdown, totaling 32.7 half-point PPR fantasy points in the win.
While fantasy players hoped Tucker would see an increased workload with Bucky Irving dealing with a toe injury, the rookie running back practiced on Friday and should play Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. Yet, fantasy players should anticipate the second-year running back to see an uptick in work because of the team’s injuries at wide receiver.
Good news for #Bucs. RB Bucky Irving (foot) retirned to practice.

The Buccaneers must lean on the run game with Mike Evans (hamstring) out for several weeks and Chris Godwin (ankle) done for the year. Meanwhile, the Falcons have surrendered 96.1 rushing yards per game to running backs, including a season-high 116 to Tampa Bay’s backfield in Week 5.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically. Not every WR is like this, though, […]
