BALLER MOVE: Add in 12-team Leagues

ANALYSIS: There is this thing about basketball that is very different from, say, football: rookies and youngsters take much more time to develop and yield sizable results, but when they do, they do. Enter Santi Aldama, he of the Mighty Memphis Grizzlies.
The Bear already debuted last season playing 32 games for Memphis but starting non at all at the ripe age of 21 years old. Things have changed now, and although the three-for-three games started to have a lot to do with Jaren Jackson Jr.'s absence, the truth is that Aldama has been as good (if not better) than advertised.
Aldama posted an average 4-3-1 line in a meager 11 MPG last season. That sucked and made him an unreasonable fantasy basketball player to roster, let alone play. This season, though, the minutes are all the way up to 30 MPG (keep an eye on this, though, has they've gone from 39 to 31 to 21) and that along with the starting PF role has Santi averaging 11+ PPG, 8+ RPG, 1+ APG and blocking more than one shot a pop.
The only problem with Aldama so far has been his rather weird shooting numbers, as he started the year hitting three 3PT shots, then none, then one... went 50% on 14 FGA against the Knicks but then regressed to a 27% accuracy on 11 FGA, and lastly went 2-of-4 FGA on Saturday... etc...
Growing pains, I'd say. Until JJJ returns (and it's going to be a good while) you can do much worse than rostering and starting a bonafide PF1 in Aldama going forward.
