According to Adam Schefter, Sammy Watkins will return to the lineup for the Buffalo Bills after missing the last two weeks with a calf injury. Watkins will likely be peppered with targets in his return after he expressed his displeasure with his lack of targets so far this season, and the Bills agreed with him.
Tyrod Taylor will be the Bills' emergency quarterback for today's game at home against the Cincinnati Bengals, and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports E.J. Manuel could reopen the Bills' quarterback competition with a good game. E.J. Manuel is not a startable quarterback in any format outside of deep two-quarterback leagues against a Bengals defense that has surrendered the 4th fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks so far this season.
Also according to Adam Schefter, Percy Harvin will be inactive today for the Bills, giving a boost to Robert Woods for owners looking for a starter in deeper leagues.
