ANALYSIS: In terms of progress, Rubby De La Rosa is leaps and bounds better than he was last season. It helps that the 2014 version was really bad, but at least he has improved. Atlanta has not been awful this season against righties, but boy have their bats cooled over the last two weeks. Expect high single-digit strikeouts and few earned runs allowed from De La Rosa.
