Rougned Odor was sent back to Triple-A after opening the 2015 season with just 13 hits in his first 27 games, but set Round Rock ablaze over 108 at-bats with a .352/.426/.639 slash line, prompting his recall to the big club in June. Odor continued his impressive display of power in the major leagues, finishing with 16 home runs and a .204 ISO in 120 contests. It goes without saying that a second baseman who displays the type of power Odor has is desirable in the fantasy community, but there may be concern as to whether this level is repeatable, as his career ISO in the minors stands at .156 over five seasons. It is also worth noting that his 72% contact rate represents a dip of nearly four points from his rookie campaign in 2014, which could lead to problems, as he holds a career walk rate of 4.5%. There is no doubt Odor has potential, but the more risk averse may want to pass on a price tag among the first 100 picks in favor of a steadier option.
