ANALYSIS: The Green Bay Packers are fortunate to have one of the deepest wide receiver rooms in the NFL. That's great for Green Bay, but bad for fantasy managers. Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Christian Watson, and Dontayvion Wicks are all being selected in fantasy football drafts and we can't say for certain which of the group will be the best.
In his breakout campaign, Jordan Love threw for 4,159 yards. Sixteen different receivers caught a pass. None finished with 800 or more yards. Doubs led the team in targets (96) and tied for first in touchdowns (eight) while trailing Reed in catches (59) and yards (674).
The target competition is tough, but why is Doubs the Green Bay receiver being selected last? Reed is entering his second year and was extremely efficient out of the slot. Watson is arguably the most explosive of the group, should his hamstrings cooperate. The advanced analytics love Wicks.
But Doubs led the team in routes, target share, and fantasy points when the quartet played together. He also led the league in touchdown receptions from within the 10-yard line. Love trusts him in the red zone.

Grabbing a piece of a good offense is a smart strategy in any format. The third-year receiver that costs the least may end up having the best value.
