BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR55
ANALYSIS: Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze had high expectations this season as a top-10 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. However, the rookie receiver is only the WR68 for the year, averaging 6.6 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. He has scored 6.5 or fewer fantasy points in all but one game this season.
Yet, Odunze has played well. The former Washington star has been one of the top players at creating separation against man coverage this year. Unfortunately, he hasn’t had more fantasy success because of Chicago’s loaded offense. Odunze has had six or fewer targets in all but one game over the first seven weeks.

However, the rookie could have a massive performance in Week 8. Odunze faces a Washington Commanders defense that has surrendered 29.2 fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season, the eighth-most in the NFL. They have given up over 200 receiving yards to wide receivers twice, including two weeks ago.

Not every WR is like this, though, […]
