BALLER MOVE: Target around pick 125-150 (Current ADP: Undrafted)
ANALYSIS: When looking for sleepers one of my go-to tactics has always been to look at the worst offensive teams from the previous year. Most of your league mates will overlook starting receivers on teams that had a bad offense without considering whether or not that offense could improve or already has. Rod Streater's fantasy stock could be a perfect illustration of this.
Last year, Streater finished as the WR35 in standard leagues, being thrown balls from the likes of Terrelle Pryor and Matt McGloin. He finished the year with 60 receptions on 100 targets, with 888 yards and four touchdowns. Streater is also 6'3, 195 Pounds, and ran a 4.46 at his Pro Day. Matt Schaub might not be the best QB in the league (although, side note, he owns the 13th best passer rating of all-time), but he's made a top receiver of at least one player a year every year in the league. When talking about an un-drafted receiver like Streater who was already so close to hitting 1000 yards with much inferior passers throwing the ball, Schaub should give Streater a legitimate shot to finish within the top 25 WRs this year. As of right now, Streater's training camp has put him atop the wide receiver depth chart in Oakland. It's possible he also turns into one of the top waiver wire pickups this season.
