BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: Only a very particular situation made it possible for Robert Tonyan to have one of the best performances by a tight end this season last Sunday. It was all related to 1) a positive game script for him with Green Bay losing to New York, and 2) the Packers receivers being/getting banged up in this game.
Tonyan took full advantage of it, though, and put up a season-high 19.0 (!) PPR points to the tune of a 12-target, 10-reception, 90-yard outing that marked his second game with double-digit fantasy points this season. In the last two games, Tonyan has combined for 25.3 PPR points compared to 29.6 through Week 4.
Again, this situation will probably change going forward with some wideouts coming back (namely rookie Christian Watson and veteran Sammy Watkins) and others returning from injuries sustained last Sunday (Randall Cobb). Even then, though, the tight end position is more than mediocre this year and the options outside of the top-2 TE are slim pickings.
Adding Tonyan to your roster will definitely not win you the league, but he has it all (his own skill set and a legitimate QB1 in Aaron Rodgers) to not lose you your league. There will be bouncy weeks and rough stretches ahead (forget about weekly near-20-FP outings) but at least you know that Tonyan comes with a high ceiling if Rodgers looks his way as much as he did last Sunday.
