BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 17% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: The Dodgers got a much-needed pitching performance from rookie right-hander River Ryan on Sunday, as he shut down the Astros over 5 2/3 innings allowing just two hits and three walks while striking out eight.
It was just Ryan's second big league start, but he was able to pick up his first win and did so against a pretty good opponent in the process.

Ryan has now allowed just one earned run over his first 11 innings as a pro and has 10 strikeouts. He had all his pitches working on Sunday, including a very sharp slider that kept both right-handed and left-handed hitters off balance.
Ryan is an add in 12-team leagues or larger as his solid performances thus far have likely earned him another turn (or two) in the Dodger rotation. With how many injuries the Dodgers have had to their starting pitchers, they have to be thrilled with how well Ryan has started his MLB career.
