With so many names in favorable matchups Monday, you could easily take two or three of the top guys tonight, hit the over, and just wait for it to roll in. Nikola Jokic wins the matchup against Bam Adebayo. The Pelicans don’t have the interior defense to keep Shai-Gilgeous Alexander from getting to the rim early, and in 31 of his last 32 games, Julius Randle has either scored 30 points or grabbed 10 rebounds.

RIVAL Over/Under Picks – Monday, February 13, 2023
Last week, we went with DeMar DeRozan under versus his former team and he put up 19 points on 17 shots. Sadly, so did Lauri Markkanen, and we had taken the over on him. Same with Darius Garland and Monte Morris, who both had productive games, but a blowout created too much variance and neither was able to have the big games we needed.
Nikola Jokic OVER 55.78 fantasy points
Playing against the Heat defense, mainly Bam Adebayo, Nikola Jokic has great games. All but triple-doubling in the last three matchups, he’s made commonplace of putting up 25-point, 15-rebound games. Usually, Miami tends to be one of the tougher defensive teams based on their roster makeup, but their only defense against Jokic is Adebayo. Unfortunately for them, it’s already been proven that you need more than one big to keep Jokic from putting up massive numbers.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander OVER 49.08 fantasy points
In the long-awaited matchup between Damian Lillard and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, neither disappointed. Gilgeous-Alexander put up 44 points on a ridiculous 19-attempt night and his efficiency from Friday is just another benchmark on easily the best season of his young career. Until something drastic happens, it’s bold and risky to see the Gilgeous-Alexander under as a viable option with how well he is playing. Just as much as any player can have an ‘off-night,’ Gilgeous-Alexander can have another monstrous game.
Evan Mobley OVER 34.77 fantasy points
Evan Mobley has been unleashed. Ultimately, he did it himself with his 38-point outing against the Bucks back in January, but since then, he has played with so much aggression that his production is almost barely needed. As a quick-moving, semi-stretch big with the length to finish around the rim from…not around the rim, it takes a full defensive effort to keep everything the Cavaliers have contained. The Spurs traded their only paint protector and Mobley has been punishing teams that don’t offer the same height and length in the paint.
Onyeka Okongwu OVER 13.07 fantasy points
Playing behind Clint Capela will always hinder his upside, but Onyeka Okongwu is firmly in the Hawks rotation for good reason. He might not always put up big numbers each night, but his effort on the defensive side of the ball fuels the fact that he will take shot attempts and score in some capacity. Now that Mason Plumlee is with the Clippers, it doesn’t matter if it’s Mark Williams and Nick Richards manning the paint, it means a positive upside for opposing big men.
